Semi-gloss is the interior house paint most commonly picked for this role as it is incredibly resistant to damage, extremely easy to clean off and adds a nice accent. You’ll notice a lot of dirt gathers from hands on the door trim work and this is where semi-gloss is your best bet as an interior house paint for this application, leaving the surface easy to clean and looking brand new.
